Peter FitzSimons, Australia's bestselling non-fiction writer, has applied his unique storytelling style to the dramatic story of Captain William Bligh, Fletcher Christian and history's most famous mutiny. Peter's latest book, Mutiny on the Bounty, contains two chapters on the HMS Pandora, the ship sent to capture the Bounty mutineers, and the subject of the Museum's flagship exhibition.

Join Peter for a special evening at the Museum of Tropical Queensland to hear him talk about the story of the Bounty mutiny. Peter will follow this talk with question time and a book signing. This is a unique opportunity for North Queensland locals to hear Peter talk about his new book, ask questions about his work and meet Peter personally during the book signing.

Pre-order your copy of Mutiny on the Bounty here, ready for collection at the event!

This event is suitable for children 15 years and over. All children must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees must have a ticket.
